The Ethics Outlook The Ethics Outlook The Ethics Outlook is a discussion of the most crucial ethical issues facing Americans. The Emerging Issues group of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics develops an annual National Ethics Agenda of six critical ethical issues that will shape personal and national character in the year to come. Begun in 2002, the Outlook is delivered at a public presentation, which is filmed for online and DVD release.
