The Canadian Association of Journalists
A national non-profit advocacy and professional development organization consisting of 1,500 active journalists from all media, including print, radio and television. The association publishes an annual compendium of contacts for journalists and maintains an active listserv. The purpose of the CAJ listserv is to provide a forum for Canadian journalists on issues pertaining to journalism, ethics and media. The Canadian Association of Journalists is the country's leading jouranalism organization. It stands for excellence in journalism and and upholds the public’s right to know. The CAJ encourages investigative journalism and serves as the national voice of Canadian journalists in all media.
